There is an incredible amount of waste in the world and through wood recovery we make our little dent, equating to multiple dumpsters full of debris recycled annually.  Single process recycling, taking raw materials and turning it into functional items is the ideal way to be.  Cardboard for instance, has many steps of processing before it is turned back into raw material, to then be made into something.  We cut out multiple steps in this processing to provide truly sustainable goods.

The beauty in old furniture and furnishings is hard to mimic, the stories and history of its past, impossible to re-create.  We take much pleasure in saving an old worn out item and often times the cost to repair is much less than a comparable new item.  From an antique hutch you've been saving for decades, to a solid second hand store find, we have the skills and expertise to provide you with a fully refinished and like-new item.  The tales of age will be evident in subtle details while the glow of a fresh coat of finish will make your piece look showroom quality.

In time, as business builds and we start to hire employees, special attention will be given to urban youth with little opportunity otherwise.  Applicants with rough pasts but bright futures will be given the opportunity to learn a craft and potentially a career path.  With the right attitude and aptitude, lack of skill can be overcome by the desire to suceed.  We believe the lack of woodworking exposure in urban areas to be a detriment and hope to inspire young people to a creative path.
